Responsible for:The delivery, management and ongoing development of the company's 3 websites and the global corporate intranet.Shaping and delivering online strategy including Social Media, SEO and analytics. Supervision of publishers for both internal and external channels, managing day to day content creation and publishing processes.Development of all digital from concept, through functional specification and design, to testing and delivery. Business and creative lead, and art direction for all multimedia.

Responsible for development of the global portal based intranet and corporate websites for Abbey (part of the Santander group).Consultancy and project management were the key responsibilities as the senior developer, as well as general web design and development. Over the years moving the company from an ASP / HTML intranet through to an initial CMS to a final portalised, personalised CMS and global intranet platform.Experience managing a small team of publishers providing support, training and project development for the entire company. Three rebranding exercises, two takeover bids and several relaunches of our websites have provided valuable experience.
