Over the last 26 years I have led and transformed many organisations, working as a consultant for Astra Zeneca, Ornua, Edwards Vacuum, Danone, PepsiCo, Nestle, Shell, Ministry of Justice, Skanska, UK Power Networks, Anglian Water, National Grid, BAE, Rolls Royce, Laing O’Rourke and the UK Government.My success has come from my ability to enable brilliant leaders to articulate and share their vision, to industrialise their ideas, to inspire, engage and educate their employees and partners with the effect of changing their companies from within. Ten years ago I set up Total Flow, a global consultancy that transforms companies by enabling visionary leaders to be visionary. Our approach at Total Flow is not for every leader, it is for those who have the tenacity and courage to go the extra mile. But for those people who have the drive and determination to inspire and encourage their workforce and challenge the status quo, the results can be remarkable. It is this mentality that I champion at Total Flow and I take great pleasure in watching people and companies flourish as a result.
