I am a Partner in the Corporate Practice at Morris, Manning & Martin, LLP. I am the Chair of the Growth Equity Practice focusing on representing growth stage companies and the funds that invest in them. My practice focuses primarily on representing clients in middle-market corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions and venture capital and growth equity financings. I regularly represent private equity, venture capital and growth equity firms and their portfolio companies, as well as venture capital-backed founder and family-owned businesses in a wide range of corporate matters and industries but with a particular focus on technology and technology enabled business services companies. For many of my clients, I also serve as outside general counsel, acting as a trusted advisor and providing legal support across the organization and coordinating legal advice from other skilled attorneys within the firm.
