Chris promotes the selling of Credit Union products and services, assures member satisfaction through the branch delivery channel and manages a branch with over $50 million in assets. He participates with other managers in the region to perform Business Development contacts to promote Corporate Member development, membership growth and positive public relations. He also provides leadership and supervision to the Tellers, Member Service Advisors and Assistant Branch Managers, including staffing, training and cross-training, evaluating performance, maintaining daily operations, staff scheduling, problem solving and decision making, enabling the department to function efficiently and providing quality member service. He is accountable for ensuring that all departmental procedures are updated and accurate to the conduct of the job task on an ongoing basis. He also monitors performance of the branch, fulfills all reporting requirements to the Corporate Office and communicates relevant information between the branch staff and the Corporate Office.
