Currently working in the clean energy field, program managing an installation quality control process, and leading a team that oversees construction reviews and daily contractor support.Overall experience around the complete solar install process, financial product requirements, and comprehensive knowledge with typical local, utility, and state incentive requirements. I help provide tactical knowledge around code compliance with install methods, and technical direction with common solar related products like SolarEdge and Enphase. Part of the program's responsibilities are also managing product portals with serial registration, mapping, and long term data assessment to confirm properly producing systems. I have a firm grasp of Aurora software and general industry wide design guidelines, bill of material planning, and my years of field experience with solar and residential electrical help me to make quick design decisions regarding last minute on-site changes.I'm adept at Salesforce, having created hundreds of reports and dozens of dashboards to comprehensively track team and individual KPIs, daily functional queues, and long term reports to measure quarterly OKRs showing how the team contributes to them. I have limited experience in Tableau having used it for years, but not having created reports independently. I've also helped diagram proprietary software product, including compliance measures and process logic to protect against project management gaps and create a smooth workflow. My personal favorite achievement so far has been cultivating a team to support contractors quickly and efficiently, and bridging the gap between field and office staff to help provide a great customer experience.
