Manage and provide support for various third-party software applications used within the Real Estate, Finance and Investment Information Departments of NYSTRS. Software applications include PAM for Mortgages, PORTIA and miscellaneous Access- and VB-based applications developed in-house.Projects included:* Re-writing and re-designing our NYSTRS Intranet site which includes re-organizing all of the content within the site, creating a customized layout for the site and writing the code for the new site (written using Microsoft Expression Web 3 software, using ASP.NET, CSS and jQuery coding)* Involved in a project to research and implement an Enterprise Content Management (ECM) solution. Worked on gathering requirements for possible integration with our current web content, our PeopleSoft portal and any possible external collaberations.* Developing automated processes to gather data that is sent to a third-party vendor for the creation of financial analytical reports.

Taught classes on the use of computers in today's society and the use of the Microsoft Office software package (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
