I have a real passion for making a difference through positive social action. During my time working at Sage Foundation and Movement to Work I’ve developed relationships with customers, colleagues, the third sector, local government as well as UK business to help deliver real impactful change.During my 12 years working at Sage I’ve developed my skills both personally and professionally through 4 different roles, working initially as being customer facing in technical support which gave me a real insight into what’s important to our customers and how we help to deliver this. Then later moving into a management role giving me experience of people management and driving performance of teams up to 20 colleagues across the Sage product range as well as the opportunity to successfully manage teams in the UK and Ireland, spending 6 months in our Dublin office.
