Responsible for the editorial content and production of over a dozen 228-page "bookazines" a year. These high-value high-profit titles are compiled from content previously published by Digital Camera, PhotoPlus, Practical Photoshop and N-Photo magazines. Most include a "free" video disc. Since 2013, these bookazines are produced for iPad as well as in print form. Some of the many titles in the series I have overseen include:• The Ultimate Canon SLR Handbook (Volumes 1, 2 & 3)• The Ultimate Nikon SLR Handbook (Volumes 1, 2 & 3)• Landscape Photography Made Easy• Photoshop Elements Made Easy• Better Photos Now• Black & White Photography Made Easy• A Photographer's Guide to Photoshop

Digital Camera is the UK's best-selling magazine, and is known as Digital Camera World outside the UK. In my time editing the magazine I…• During a period of high promotional activity in the market, instigated a multi-gift strategy that saw us give away up to eight free gifts per issue, which I sourced or produced.• Produced a three-part series of supplements to celebrate the 175th anniversary of photography• Introduced a range of new regular features to the magazine, including a Quiz, a DIY hacks column, and a day-out-with-a-reader feature. • The test section of the magazine was restructured to increase the number of products reviewed by a third without increasing pagination.

Launched and developed a consumer specialist magazine for hobby photographers. Called N-Photo, it is the first newstand title for Nikon camera owners - replicating the success of the Canon-only title, PhotoPlus, which I helped launch and then develop through its first 50 issues.N-Photo is published 13 times a year as a 116- or 132-page magazine - available from launch in both print and digital forms. Each issue is accompanied by a 40-minute video magazine of live-action TV-quality practical workshops. These videos are delivered on cover-mounted CD-Rom, through private weblinks and as an Apple iOS app. I also managed the magazine's highly-successful Facebook page (which had grown since launch to having over 140,000 Likes), its associated website and other social network activity.

I joined Future Publishing to help the company launch a new photography magazine. Within two years, PhotoPlus gained an audited circulation of over 30,000 and won Future's Magazine of the Year award.
