Over 15 years' combined experience in technology-based (hardware, software, firmware) Project, Product, and Program Management in Information Technology (IT) and Research and Development (R&D), with recent (9+ years) focus in IT with lifecycle and greenfield IT project work in Higher Education (Harvard Business School) and corporate (Nuance Communications). Proven record in collaborating effectively with globally based, cross-functional IT, operational, and R&D organizations to design and deploy multiple, small-to-large, simultaneous projects and products, solve in-house and field-based problems, and continuously improve process.
