I'm an expert in telephony signalling (TDM, SIP, SCCP), network infrastructure, least cost routingmodels, telecoms standards/compliance and problem solving within that realm. I have experience working with Ericsson AXE, Siemens STP, Ribbon/Genband/ACME and Perimeta SBCs, Cisco and Juniper routers and switches, various INs/CREs and the interworking/logic trees between these elements. I've also worked with many of the major voice suppliers around the world through my role, creating solutions, dealing with technical issues, escalations, fraud cases, commercial deals and more. Understanding scenarios/problems then translating them is key to my role, so I take time to break things downfor customers and colleagues alike.Outside of BT I invest in and renovate properties, with hopes to grow my portfolio to ten houses in the next few years (30% complete!). I have also dabbled in cryptocurrency, having built a mining rig back in 2013 as an experiment. Unfortunately, I didn't really keep in-touch with it, so I'm not an accidental millionaire, but still made my fair share from investing and trading over the years.
