Responsible for sales and share growth for the West half of the United States, managing a team of four Regional Sales Managers, a Regional Retail Manager, and various broker networks throughout a 22 state geography. In fiscal 2020, led the Central West team to a +13% increase in sales, (+430,000 cases), and increased market share in every core business segment.

Worked directly with our broker manager teams to create effective growth management strategies, developing systems to move our business forward, and hold them accountable to achieving set goals and objectives.

Managed $100MM+ in annual headquarter sales, responsible for approximately $12MM in trade funding, driving growth on our full line-up of brands, (I.E.: Big G Cereal, Progresso Soup, Betty Crocker, Yoplait, 8th Continent Soymilk, Pillsbury Refrigerated Dough, Gold Medal, Pop Secret, etc.). Leadership responsibility for directing, and assisting team execution of key initiatives, and events. Broker Management on key projects / initiatives. Accounts called on include: Stater Bros, Unified Grocers, Smart & Final, Southland, Thrifty's, Longs, Sav-On, $.99 Store, Superior Grocers, Gelsons, Vallarta, etc..
