Chris Hall is the Chief Financial and Administrative Officers for Orion Strategies. He also serves as the firm's head of governmental affairs and lead for the Charleston, WV office. Hall has 25 years’ experience delivering effective governmental affairs at the state and local levels. He has managed a number of professional associations and organized grassroots/grasstops efforts to affect both state and federal legislation. Hall has specifically worked with legislators on both sides of the aisle as well as executive branch departments and their staffs under multiple administrations. He has written large amounts of legislation that is now law. Prior to joining Orion Strategies, Hall served nearly 14 years as a founding member and managing partner of a Charleston-based governmental affairs agency. A graduate of West Virginia University, Hall holds a Bachelor of Science in Journalism specializing in Public Relations, with minors in Political Science and Business Administration.
