I am an experienced HR professional from Sri Lanka 🇱🇰 with more than 13 Years exposure in many sectors.My educational background includes a PQHRM and CCHRM from the Chartered Institute of Personal Management, a DIT in E-Commerce from ESOFT Metro Campus, and a General Certificate of Education - Advance Level in Mathematics.In terms of work experience, I have worked in various HR roles in Sri Lanka. My most recent positions include the Electrical Engineering sector, construction sector, FMCG, Textiles and as well as a family Business role at Pharmaceutical sector.My experience includes managing HR operations, developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, and leading recruitment, training initiatives and one of my favorites are grievance handling. In addition, I have experience in production supervision and training instruction, having worked in these roles earlier in my career.Outside of work, I enjoy staying up-to-date with new technology and trends, traveling and campaigns are one of my most favorites. I am a fast learner and a supportive team player who is always eager to take on new challenges and contribute to the success of the team.
