Provided them custom built development tools to insure on-time delivery of projects• Oversaw the development of punch-outs for 3 high volume websites; Staples and Office Depot, 123Print. This application allowed customization of various personalized products and uploading of customer artwork• Oversaw the development of interfaces for in-store Kiosk and POS devices at Office Depot and Staples, using secure web services and servers.• Wrote all code that interfaced with our payment providers; Paymentech (Chase), PayPal, Goggle Checkout. These modules ensured security of the connections and data, and provided an easy interface for our programmers to use.• Enforced PCI compliance - Proper handling of personal data, credit card information, customer documents and artwork• Tweaked server settings across 3 large web farms and storage of customer artwork an almost 300% improvement overall. Each of the servers were able to handle 1300 concurrent customization sessions, including rendering of artwork afterwards

• Created proprietary code to encrypt and secure the contents of Excel reports within the domain, without requiring a previous install. • Converted lengthy ASP based reports to a XML/XSLT based solution that provided a reusable reporting tool. • Created reports with multiple groupings, dynamic formatting and information from multiple datasets.

• Designed and oversaw developed an ASP .NET based CRM to support the firm's call-center agents and administration• The system required storing data for the firm’s 30,000+ customers, loan types, payment schedules and modules to handle compound interest, and payment schedules for different agreements• The system interfaces directly with a software based phone switch and directed calls to representatives based on a set of dynamic criteria (150 seats)• Answered directly to the CEO and provided many financial reports. • Responsible for security of all customer account information from data store to CRM displays and the transmission of transactions to our ACH provider

• Lex service copies legal documents and required the security and tracking of the documents through their system • I provided certificate based encryption and a database driven access control list for proper document handling and disposal • Designed and developed a web-based, HR & Payroll support system that interfaced with an existing pc based system

• Worked on the GSA's "Integrated Task Order Management System"• Government regions nationwide used this system to apply government funds to specific orders or collections of orders handling millions of dollars a year • Wrote 3 mission critical NT Services for the GSA's ODIN Catalog Project. This project automated the purchase of GSA computer equipment and was even featured on Microsoft’s website for a period of time for its examples of best practices• Assisted OAO in obtaining a CMM Level 4 certification during this work

• Responsible for maintaining network connectivity, security, and configuration of desktop applications and operating systems for all ILS associates (80 users). • Built, installed and configured drive images for ILS classes. Setup, configured and maintained network connections, servers, routers for each class (weekly/daily) for systems of all types; Mainframes, OS2, AIX, Windows and Unix based servers.• Built a knowledge database to track problems, progress, and determine accountability. The database was then used nationwide to greatly increase the quality of service provided by IBM Learning Services.
