With a diploma in business administration and management and a pilot's license, I combine technical knowledge and industry insights to meet the needs of our global clients.My core competencies include airline training management software implementation, deployment and integration, business process improvement, AQP and PRD implementation, project management, and key account management. I have successfully implemented MINT's Training and Resource Management System (TRMS) for some of the largest and most reputable airlines in the world, such as Finnair, Turkish Airlines, and Azul Linhas Aéreas.
