Commander of Charlie Company, 3-2 Aviation Regiment, 2nd Combat Aviation Brigade, 2nd Infantry Division, Camp Humphreys, South KoreaFlight:HH-60M Blackhawk Pilot in Command and Air Mission Commander conducting Medical Evacuation in support of U.S. Forces Korea high risk training out of Camp Humphreys and Camp Casey, Overwater Search and Rescue, Patient Transfer Operations, Shipboard Operations, and Live Hoist Operations.Leadership:Commanded the only dedicated Aeromedical Evacuation Company in South Korea supporting the United States Forces Korea with both area and direct Aeromedical Evacuation utilizing a fleet of 15 HH-60 Blackhawk Helicopters. Company consists of four Forward Support MEDEVAC Platoons (detachments) trained and equipped to deploy autonomously across the battlefield to provide emergancy care and medical movement of patients and medical personnel. Also consisted of one Area Support MEDEVAC Platoon and headquarters consisting of our administration department, standardization department, and medical supply. Managed the training and livelihood of up to 109 pilots, mechanics, paramedics, and aviation operations specialists. Accomplishments- Fostered a relationship with allied Republic of Korea (ROK) MEDEON (Korean Aeromedical Evacuation Unit) generating a memorandum of understanding to drive combined training and strengthen alliance. - Developed Memorandum of Agreements with supporting U.S. and ROK Emergancy Departments.- Was the highest flying company in the Army while maintaining an operational readiness rate above an 86% average.- Maintained three lines of 24/7 MEDEVAC coverage from two separate locations to support United States Forces Korea.

Leadership:Commanded the only Air Traffic Service Company consisting of up to 40 Air Traffic Controllers, and Air Traffic Systems Maintainers.Trained teams to deploy tactical tower, tactical flight services and flight following, and tactical precision approach radar systems in support of combat aviation units. Highlights:-Completed 170 Precision Approach Radar Approaches to support controller training and currency.-Two Tactical Tower Team deployments and one company level training exercise.

Battalion Logistics Officer in Charge for 3-25 Aviation Regiment, 25th Combat Aviation Brigade, 25th Infantry Division, Wheeler Army Airfield, HawaiiFlight:HH-60M Blackhawk Pilot in Command and Air Mission Commander in support of C 3-25 Aviation Regiment conducting Medical Evacuation in support of U.S. Forces high risk training on Oahu and the Big Island, Bambi Bucket Fire Fighting Operations, Overwater Search and Rescue, and Live Hoist Operations.Leadership:As the lead logistical officer for 3-25 Aviation Regiment, I was responsible for the guidance and development of 14 supply personnel whom supported over 600 assigned Soldiers, 35 HH-60, CH-47, and UH-60 helicopters and a ground fleet of over 160 ground support systems and vehicles. I oversaw logistical support for over $715 million in military equipment and tools. Responsible for the monitoring and tracking of expenses for the battalion's $1.6 million ground budget. I oversaw lateral transfers, and equipment turn-ins for Battalion Equipment. I provided sustainment planning to include fuel planning, housing, meals, and equipment transportation for home station and off-island training and real world operations. Highlights:-Orchestrated over 385 large end items of outdated equipment turn-ins which included 40 military vehicles ensuring a substantial saving in unneeded maintenance hours and their associated costs.-Supported the Aviation Task-force as the Sustainment Planner in support of Pacific Pathways Deployment Sight Survey. Developed initial logistic contract planning and personnel projections for budget analysis and contract drafting. - Planned and executed the concept of support for Joint Readiness Training Center Rotation ensuring successful field feeding, procurement of latrines, water deliveries, fuel deliveries, and waste removal during exercise execution.

Managed the personnel running the Company's Standardization Section, Maintenance Section, and Administrative Section. As the ASMP Leader, I also served the company as its executive officer ensuring the administrative actions and systems supporting their tracking and submission was efficient and reliable. Highlights:-Conducted Ship to Shore MEDEVAC training with the United States Navy Mercy Hospital Ship-Battle Captain (Operations Manager) for Aviation Brigade Command Center for large Division exercise-Hawaii Volcano Civil Relief Mission Officer in Charge out of Bradshaw Army Airfield to be ready as a contingency for emergency evacuation of personnel if lava flow was to cut off Hilo Communities ability to evacuate.
