At it’s best, travel is about connecting people – sharing experiences together and creating great memories that last a lifetime. I consider myself a ‘quantitative futurist’ – someone who blends data and experience together, to create the future state of the organisation. This involves building and leveraging new and existing relationships, the best data available, industry knowledge and experience, and an innovative mindset – to form and inform the best strategy to implement today. My relationship style is that of a ‘trusted advisor’ – selling through relationship building, and a mutually beneficial purpose that leads to a long-term, resilient customer relationship. Internally, I advocate strongly for a belief that people have unlimited potential – and it is our role as an organisation to support and build their momentum towards their goals.
