Built the Talent function and took the team to delivering over 160 hires in a year.- Grew business from c.80 heads (Series A) to 260 (Series C) - Redefined the recruitment process creating standardisation across the board including a values-based interview- Moved from 100% agency dependency to 99% direct recruitment- Reviewed and implemented new ATS (Glasshouse) and rolled it out globally, putting data at the heart of the recruitment process & creating specific candidate pooling- Created company Diversity & Inclusion committee across the entire business and then used differing methods to ensure diversity of hiring, including ‘Unconscious Biased’ training and ‘What is Neurodiversity?’- Created ‘Candidate Charter’ which acted as a promise of minimum standards for candidate experience for all candidates engaging in the recruitment process- Identified the need for Employer Branding & Talent Marketing and then took responsibility to for building EVP and Talent Marketing design (including new Careers website)- Created job architecture and career frameworks- Built early prototype for L&D
