Including design coordination, budget management, procurement and sourcing, client relationship management and vendor management. Projects delivered to date include both stand alone and integrated CCTV, Access Control, Alarm systems, high security Type 1A solutions, integrated Security Management Systems and new technologies such as Facial Recognition and digital access cards.Projects have included office and commercial Brownfields upgrades direct to client or as subcontractor and full commercial Greenfield CBD tower builds as subcontractor to commercial builders for both private and government clients.

Identified the requirement for the Physical Security group, and coordinated the risk assessment used to build the business case for formation of the group. Instrumental in planning and driving the implementation of the strategic direction for Physical Security across the national commercial property portfolio.Achievements:• Instrumental in initiating CCURE 800 lifecycle replacement project; drove risk assessment for product support ending, secured funding for project over 2-3 years, engaged consultants via tender, facilitated system specification creation with stakeholder input, overseeing preparation for tender to replace system with an expected approx. $10M program of works.• Lead a $2.5M project to purchase and implement Quantum Secure SAFE (QSS) product; managed IT engagement to assess product design and infrastructure required for implementation. Coordinated procurement review of licence agreements and contracts, facilitated workshops with Telstra SMEs and QSS professional services to plan deployment timelines. Driving ongoing engagement with QSS and IT to deliver project• Lead Telstra’s response to breach of iClass format in Nov 2016; running cross company workshops with stakeholders; selection of SEOS technology; working with vendors to confirm solutions viability; negotiated with building owners to gain buy in; secured $1.4M funding.• Managed $1.4M program of works to roll out SEOS card nationally; engaging consultants and vendors to drive the solution across 14 different access control systems, national locker management system and “touch to release” enterprise printing solution. Developed and ran change management plans, managed budget and coordinated project managers for each component of the program.• Co-ordinated the combination of the SEOS card and ID card; managed creation of processes to issue cards nationally, oversaw design of system to automatically capture card number when printed.
