I have attained a background of over 10 years in various leading Australian and International retailers, developing a broad skill set in customer service, merchandising, attention to detail and project planning, delivering consistently exceptional customer experiences.A foundation of a Bachelor of Business in Hospitality/Tourism Management has allowed me to develop key skills in service delivery, whilst working with culturally diverse communities.In 2023, I completed a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, to combine my retail, leadership and training experience in an educational setting, utilising my key skills in training and development. I currently work in local council for the libraries in a programs and support role, delivering great experiences to the local community. I look forward to further developing these skills in a new environment with a mix of creativity, events, programs and learning and development for the community.
