I managed a global technology organization of 120 resources responsible for infrastructure architecture, DevOps and SRE of the Firms’ capital markets trading businesses. I worked with business, application development, enterprise technology and operations executive leadership to ensure trading infrastructure was built for purpose and, most importantly, catered to individual business goals that often balanced the considerable costs for robust, scalable infrastructure to make or break profitability. Customer accomplishments included: • Reducing full-scale Firm Market Risk model testing scenario duration from 5 days to 12 hours, enabling Basel III compliance and 4x quicker Market Risk product release schedules • Automating the provisioning and registration of complex front-office trading applicationenvironments on demand across disparate lines of business and asset classes for full front toback trading simulations

I was the infrastructure architect, DevOps and SRE manager of Morgan Stanley ElectronicTrading (MSET) business' rapidly growing and expanding Speedway product: a low-latency, equities exchange colocation client trading platform. Accomplishments included: • Creating a sub-microsecond round-trip order acknowledgement competitive advantage which led to a 30% increase in Low Latency and HFT (high frequency trading) client trading volumes • Multiple performance, capacity and reliability improvements for the firm’s latency-sensitiveexternal trading clients through architectural changes in the Speedway platform's serverhardware, operating system, and networking design
