The last 14 years experience have been in the RPO sector creating and designing RPO solutions that have been successfully and sustainably deployed in the Aeronautics, Automotive, Construction, Engineering, FMCG, Financial Services, Healthcare, Life Sciences, Manufacturing and Technology industries.Prior to working in RPO I worked in-house running the full recruitment life-cycle in the Financial Services industry and I am a registered Psychometric practitioner with qualifications to Level B (intermediate) level.BPS Level A & B (Intermediate) Certificate holder, SHL Level A & B qualified, SHL Level 3 Accredited Assessor, Thomas International – GIA/TST, PPA & EIQ qualified
