Responsible for delivering and managing paid search engine campaigns to support customer acquisition and transaction goals at an allowable ROI. Continuously identify and evaluate new opportunities for distribution growth, as well as interface with the web team and MIS groups to develop, implement and support search engine marketing strategies and programs. Steward and coordinate campaigns through all phases of launch and maintenance, including creative development, tracking, reporting, analysis and optimization. Manage all data feeds for shopping comparison engines to drive more traffic and revenue to the company website.

Performed project management tasks with new acquisitions and de-conversions. Maintained good interaction between other departments within CFSC (Community First Service Corporation) and with the branches that we service.

Research credit histories, card orders, past card statements, research awards through Northwest Airlines, fee reversals, balance transfers, customer service and support. Handled Disputes for customers within Visa/Master Card regulations. Provided feedback to customer with results and closed disputes where necessary.

Distribute 1st, 2nd and 3rd class newspapers, letters, and magazines from address to carrier routes. Feed, key and sweep flats on the automated machines (i.e. Bar Code Scanner) that distribute mail to various states and cities.
