As a Customer Service Representative at Zerorez, Inc. I help people with my active listening and problem-solving skills, I ensure customer satisfaction and retention. I also apply my knowledge of manufacturing process improvement to suggest ways to enhance the quality and efficiency of the products and services.I am also pursuing an Associate's degree in Teaching English as a Foreign Language at BYU-Pathway Worldwide, where I learn the best practices and methods to teach language learners of different backgrounds and levels. I have a passion for languages and intercultural communication, which I demonstrated in my role as a leader specialist of workshops at the Missionary Training Center of Mexico. There, I train instructors to deliver effective and focused workshops on religious topics in Spanish, English, Portuguese, and Haitian Creole. I have successfully trained 9 instructors and helped them create innovative and engaging materials using office packaging tools.I also provided technical support for Logitech products in Spanish, English, and Portuguese to customers from Latin America, Brazil, Portugal, the US, Canada, and the Philipines.
