Supporting the E/E system integration for the new joint venture between BMW & Great Wall Motors (GWM) by leading the project management, incl. running the project boards and proactively driving/organizing/resolving process issues within the project and with the different stakeholders (BMW Munich, Spotlight Automotive Ltd., GWM).

• Supporting consultants in documentation/mapping of business processes • Development of a framework to analyze potential challenges of business process management implementation in a joint venture in form of an academic paper • Support in a gamification of the internal sourcing process as a training day for associates • Restructuring, redesign and update of the department's intranet page (incl.
