I provide Program Management and Roadmap creation, Technical Business Management and Process Improvement services to key business partners within Mastercard, facilitating decision making and the prioritization of program efforts with Information Technology to deliver maximum value to our customers worldwide.Most recently I have been leading a cross-functional process improvement team with the objective of increasing process maturity, transparency, and ultimately speed to market through simplified and repeatable processes in the shared service groups of the Mastercard Technology division.
