My career has taken me from musician to broadcaster to distribution business developer/senior manager and sales director. Then to cheese shop owner, restaurant manager, wine importer and sommelier. A constant source of interest and passion throughout has been driving the workplaces and teams to think forward, adapt and adopt tools and technology and strive for efficiency, not for the sake of the bottom line, but to free teams to be truly creative, have fun, and exceed customer expectations every day.
