With over four years of experience in the craft beer industry, I am the Tap Room Manager at Spiteful Brewing, a local and independent brewery in Chicago. I oversee the daily operations, staff management, inventory control, and customer service of the taproom, as well as the social media marketing and events planning. I use my MBA skills and my passion for beer to create a welcoming and engaging environment for our guests, and to promote our brand and products. I also have experience as a production assistant, where I assisted with the brewing, packaging, and distribution processes. I have strong interpersonal skills, and I enjoy working with a diverse and collaborative team of brewers, bartenders, and suppliers.
