With over four years of work experience in the hospitality and retail sectors, I am a passionate and dedicated professional who strives to deliver excellent customer service and satisfaction. Currently, I work as a server assistant at Waldorf Astoria Orlando, where I support the servers and the guests in a fast-paced and luxurious environment. I also work as a server at ette hotel, a boutique hotel that caters to a diverse and international clientele. In both roles, I use my time management, retail, and inventory management skills, as well as my fluency in English, French, and Spanish, to provide a high-quality and personalized service. Additionally, I hold two bachelor's degrees in psychology from Arizona State University and University of Central Florida, which have helped me develop a deeper understanding of human behavior and communication.
