Chris has the unique ability to visualise and map out the engineering architectural solution, making recommendations and improvements as the Squad progressed, plus at the same time he manages to tear through a huge amount of work, whilst also mentoring some of the other engineers. His position was Tech Lead, but he was so much more than that. Although working for a 3rd party he pushed back and challenged us as we progressed to ensure we were on the right track and helping us stay focused on the key deliverables to get our initial MVP release out the door. Chris is very personable and has a great sense of humour, which helped when we faced challenges. I can confidently say that without Chris, we wouldn’t have such a great product in the market.
