I am also adept at working with third parties, such as animators and videographers, to deliver an integrated multimedia solution.I endeavour to understand the needs of the client, their goals and their customers, and how design can contribute fully to the delivery of those. I will interrogate a brief before embarking on a solution and ensure all voices are heard, that the user journey in understood, and all stakeholders are successfully brought on board for the duration of the project.My design work is informed by rigorous user testing and data validation. Ensuring the output of my work is accessible to all is also central to my practice; I work with my clients to find opportunities to, not just pass accreditation, but make real difference to their customers with additional needs.I have extensive experience of facilitating design workshops, from week-long design sprints to shorter, sharper workshops. I am a huge believer in pulling together experts from different disciplines in order to really get under the skin of a problem or idea.I value long term relationships with my clients.
