As the Technical Director/owner of Harkus SDS Inc, I'm involved with the most of the daily goings-on within Harkus, especially anything of a technical nature. I will research new technologies, techniques, features, etc of any project we take on whether it's a website, web application, mobile app, touchscreen software, etc. I communicate with our clients on each technical project to keep them in the loop on how things will work and how the progress is coming. I work directly with our designers and developers to effectively implement the designs we create into fast, functional and usable technology while paying attention to things such as SEO features, social media presentation, user interface, ease of administration of the technology, documentation, etc.I also work with our teams on digital advertising, technology maintenance, marketing and reporting. I also make sure our team maintains optimal workflows, budgets and timelines and oversee additional items such as RFP procurement, accounting and office administration as needed.

Development and modification of intranet software solutions using CodeIgniter/PHP, and implement front-end development using various strategies within JavaScript. I take the initiative to implement new features that make sense and can help the client stay organized and efficient with their systems.
