13 years experience in the construction industry, I've learned the worth of striving for excellence in my work and relationship with clients. I place a high priority on quality construction, clear communication, exceptional character, and cleanliness. A genuine appreciation by the clients in response to my genuine care for their project is very rewarding. However, I understand that the journey of building also requires me to be proactive to not allow my company to be compromised. There is a time to firmly hold the line that has been drawn and agreed upon by the builder and owner. This is for the best of both all invested parties.From a 150 sq. ft. residential remodel to 190,000 sq. ft. commercial new-build, I have collaborated with clients to complete projects that align their visions with their budgets. I am at my best with the opportunity to establish good working rapport with a variety of people. Valuing an owner is evident when I set priorities, build the relationship, take time to plan, take time to organize, and learn to be flexible. Although this job throws curve balls, I understand the project momentum must keep moving forward. I possess the ability to manage effectively with a variety of personalities, communicate with coworkers, vendors and trades, be decisive and work well under pressure when faced with unexpected situations, or delays.A Texas convert, I graduated from the University of Texas at Dallas with a bachelor's degree in Elementary Education K-4. The summer before my last fall semester, working on my own home improvement projects rekindled my passion for the construction industry. This seed was planted as a youth while working closely with my Uncle, who has many years of experience under his belt in construction, and followed in his footsteps for many summers. His love for constructing and attentiveness to the details ignited the same passion in me.
