• Build, configure, and maintain HP Webjet Admin application and server for printer supply monitoring and printer error alerts. Configure alerts to route via SNMP traps to HP Service Manager (HPSM) monitoring and ticketing system. • Manage Incident and Service Request tickets in HPSM to resolution within prescribed SLA requirements. Provide detailed steps for troubleshooting error messages and recording solutions to trouble tickets for historical reference. • Create and configure print queues on centralized production print servers. Force duplex printing, add separator page for identifying multiple users on shared network printers. • Migrated 230 network printers from 32 HP print appliance servers at 20 US locations to 2 Windows 2008 Servers R2 in central data center.• Create and maintain device identification entries in HPSM for asset management.
