I love cooking, and on Fridays with a lot of help from my friends I run a community cafe in Chester called The Fenix Cafe. It works on a 'Pay What You Feel' basis serving hearty and rustic three course meals where everyone's welcome.Monday to Thursday I have a portfolio of work that has a major focus on mental health and wellbeing, with a mix of policy, practise and research roles which I came to from my own lived experience of neurodiversity and mental health problems/illness and distress.
