I have broad experience in the creative direction of strategically-aligned marketing initiatives, as well as award-winning instructional design approaches. I started as a skills training writer and performance improvement analysis team member, then evolved to an instructional designer. Later, I acquired graphic design skills, and put it all together in the graphic design and video production arenas.
