This includeded migration from on-prem Microsoft services such as Exchange, File Storage, Skype and SharePoint to Office 365, migration of internal application infrastructure and services to hosted cloud Azure services, migration of on-prem Active Directory services to Azure active directory, implementation of a data warehouse and reporting tools such as Tableau, Microsoft Power BI and SSRS, implementation of the ServiceNow ITSM platform as well as the redesign of an internal windows-based mobile logistics management solution to the Android platform. Other duties included the daily management and mentoring of the IT organization including both direct reports and leaders with direct reports. These teams included Support, Systems and Infrastructure Administration, Software Development and the QA team. I was also responsible for the oversight the planning, procurement, implementation, operations, maintenance and obsolescence of technology assets. Oversee development of internal and external flagship customer applications and was a member of the TLI Senior Leadership Team.

    The theme of my roles in my Target tenure focused on stability and support of major technologies impacting our stores and guests. Much of this time was focused on changing the way we support handheld technologies used in stores. Solutions included the development of new tools to bring actionable visibility to what was impacting stability in this technology area such as device issues, application issues, infrastructure issues and training issues. Moreover, this ultimately transitioned to the creation of an entirely new process and cross-pyramid team focused solely on the rapid support and response to issues with these critical technologies (including 100k mobile devices). These new processes successfully decreased issue resolution times by 80% and added over $1 mil in cost savings to Target in the first year.
