I work as a team leader and DC specialist within the Aon Employee Benefits Team. I have over 25 years experience in advising both companies and individuals, helping them to achieve their pension and retirement goals.I am passionate about the financial education and pre-retirement markets in particular. With the new pensions freedoms and the proposed introduction of the new Long Term ISA or LISA from April 2017, it is becoming ever more important that companies help members understand the key decisions that can make a big difference to their retirement and other financial goals. In addition, I specialise in helping member engage to understand their options and what is likely to deliver the best outcome for them. To this end I have been developing and delivering a series of Financial Education modules that can be delivered either face-to-face or online. These are supported by Aon's online tools, which can produce a consolidated pensions statement now.
