Every person, every leader, every business is on a journey. Where are you going? Do you know how to get there? The short answer is NO. The beautiful thing about going on a journey is just when the destination begins to show itself, yet another path is revealed. You will meet people along the way that seem to point you ahead, then disappear forever, while others remain as companions on that road forever. The vehicle of my life has been a simple bicycle. I was the first among my friends to learn, then became their teacher as I did not want to ride alone. The path for my journey has gone from smooth to rocky and back to smooth again more times than I can count. This journey has been filled with amazing victories and crushing defeats, all with powerfully unique lessons. Needless to say, I can really ride that bike!!My long journey has now intersected with a fellow rider. We talked life experiences and shared knowledge. We were so inspired by one another we bought a 2-seater bike and started our Tandem Journey together....
