The Foundation affirms The Founders’ vision that ordered liberty— the fundamental right ofevery citizen – requires a system of laws and their equal application and impartial enforcementby prosecutors, public safety officers and the courts. To achieve this purpose through opendebate and intellectually honest discussion, the Foundation is committed to rigorous research andanalysis to advance the principles of justice, safety and the public good.
