• Design and Develop IT Service Management/Business Service Management/Business Intelligence Solutions based on timeline, requirements and budget provided by clients• Provide customer with a project plan based on available personnel and customer expectations• Present solution and project timeline to customer for sign off• Compose Statements of Work, Request for Proposals, Levels of Effort and other customer facing documentation• Manage multiple projects including staff of up to 30 people across multiple time zones• Manage travel and expense budgets• Provide customers with weekly status updates via phone or in person• Provide technical support for internal consultants and engineers when needed• Develop and perform training on new ITSM solution for administrators and end users• Identify new opportunities for internal sales team and help customer understand next steps for continued success

• Perform assessments on current systems and make recommendations based on results• Work with internal sales team to determine high level requirements and level of effort for customers• Work with customer to detail functional, business, and technical requirements• Provide customer with documentation outlining requirements gathering results and initial system design • Provide technical support to internal sales team based on customer requirements• Provide customer with detailed physical and logical diagrams including Primary, High Availability, Development, and Disaster Recovery environments, explain the solution in presentations• Make hardware recommendations based on product, operating system, and size of customer’s infrastructure• Perform project management duties for contracts where there was not an assigned engagement manager• Determine best practices for designing solution and provide integrations with existing tools using built in APIs or custom scripting• Development of ‘Solution Accelerators’ and other custom solutions designed to expedite project deployment• Compose Statements of Work, Request for Proposals and other customer facing documentation

• Installation and configuration of IBM Tivoli and other Network Management solutions• Integration of new solutions with legacy systems using built in APIs or custom scripting• Design and develop custom dashboards and CGI tools based on customer KPIs and requirements• Perform testing and remediation of installed environment• Provide documentation to the customer on the details of the final implementation
