As marketing lead on the Turbosmart leadership team I was tasked with rebuilding the marketing team and creating a creative and operational agency, within the Turbosmart head office which supported the one brand, developing assets, media and promotions that could be handled and delivered globally - Aswell as public relations and global communications. I was also responsible for the development of the long term marketing plan which would focus all leadership, sales and marketing teams on our long term positioning goals. E-Commerce was another aspect which was part of my responsibility and ensured it would align with the business's goals. Management of the Turbosmart website and webstore showed significant growth was able to be achieved implementing a mix of best practices and innovative strategies that incorporated a global website, with multiple distribution centers scattered around the globe while focussing on adding value to the existing business to business trade, while equally attracting consumers more organically. -
