Current• Ensure availability of critical server software by performing Senior System Administrator duties for IBM Lotus Domino server. This includes the enterprise class mail platform and custom Lotus Domino databases. The databases are the foundation for all of the Office’s critical audit work, internal (confidential) email and timekeeping processes. This includes resolving issues with Lotus Domino and custom database applications, managing and maintaining Lotus Domino and custom database applications, reviewing and resolving issues with custom database applications, creating and modifying database views and queries, reviewing logging (Domino, syslog, applog, security log).• Perform project management duties for new IT initiatives. This includes meeting with stakeholders and executive leadership to document and review requirements, research options based on stakeholder input, setup test environments and test functionality vs requirements, setup production environment(s), initiate and manage pilot(s), prepare and facilitate technical training. • Ensure public facing office content is accurate and up to date with senior management requests. This involves updating the office Drupal based website including some HTML coding and SFTP file manipulation to publish audit results, office reports, audit schedule and others.• Maintain continued access to critical office software by negotiating and managing software service contracts/agreements with software vendors, managing office SAP access (includes initiation and initial vetting of access requests), manage software licenses.• Support 35+ Office staff on their use of IT resources, including resolving of computer-related difficulties utilizing advanced tools (perfmon, procmon, windbg, etc); computer procurement, set up, answering IT-related questions; regular maintenance. Also documents and monitors inventory (and user assignment) of computer hardware (laptops, iPads, and smartphones).
