• I create effective Manufacturing, Scheduling, Quality, and Organization databases that promotes communication, teamwork, visibility, leadership, enjoyment and positive employee experiences and reduces overhead costs. By designing databases that produces an ecosystem that gives employees and leaders heightened abilities to manage, motivate, get involved and lead, I was able to elicit the skills, abilities, loyalty, and energies of people.• I started up 2 new manufacturing operations. One with 4 manufacturing lines and another with 2 manufacturing lines.• I reorganized 3 manufacturing operations. After reorganizing one of the companies, the company was able to successfully attract a large manufacturer to buy the business.• I started up 3 ISO quality management systems.• I cleaned up unorganized, problematic, chaotic, discouraging, and inefficient workenvironments.• I identify issues and root causes and finding simple, common sense, and reliable solutions.• I can read electronic and mechanical schematics.• I can troubleshoot electronic and mechanical devices and equipment.
