- Automation and process owner for PCI quarterly OS/blade patching o Start to finish staging of PCI quarterly patching by data center in less than 15 minutes. This includes an accurate list of servers by region, reporting discrepancy between Active Directory and ServiceNow, change management creation (task details, servers, and schedule), alert suppression, and snapshot of patching group to be applied to collection; all with a few mouse clicks. Process is structured and repeatable. - Part of team to tackle Genesys's OKR #1 global initiative for automated patching via ServiceNow. - Owner of System Center Configuration Manager ("SCCM") solution. o Created foundation for naming standards and process. Resolved outstanding delays in rolling out SCCM. Built operating procedures around SCCM and its infrastructure to support utilizing it for any automated needs. Manual processes were identified and automated (such as blade firmware updates). - Utilized PowerShell scripting to help standardize and automate many tasks across teams.- Co-owner of Symantec Endpoint Protection ("SEP") solution. o Took over control from Security for managing the AV solution. Upgraded to latest build, delivered remediated policies for Security's blessing that became gold documented standard, automated SEP client upgrade during quarterly PCI patching, and resolved communication or client issues. - Author and maintainer of various administrative wikis that are regularly used by teams. o Created wikis involving chassis enclosures, clusters, Compute SoPs, change request templates, personal script documentation, System Center Configuration Manager, Virtual Private Cloud procedures/troubleshooting, vendor case management/ticketing, among others. Overhauled Compute team page with one-push button ServiceNow request template and accurate information. - Administer Windows server roles such as Hyper-V Failover Clustering, Active Directory, DNS, File Servers.

Responsible for the day to day operation and maintenance of Cloud infrastructure (Private Cloud and non-VPC).- Compentency in Windows Failover Hyper-V Clustering, Windows Server OS, System Center Configuration Manager, Symantec Endpoint Protection, and Windows Powershell.- Created process and automation surrounding quarterly PCI patching. Integrated Active Directory, ServiceNow CMDB (Configuration Item query and Change Request creation via REST API), Nimsoft monitoring, and System Center Configuration Manager (collection and software update group creation). In five clicks in a self-built GUI, an entire region is scheduled for patching with required reboot maintenance window.- Member of Automation Team in addition to daily responsibilities. - Responsible for worldwide operation of HPE chassis and blade systems supporting and managing infrastructure and company application.- Planted seeds for SoPs now widely used. Highlights include 'Impacted Servers Tracking' used by the NOC and managers during high severity events, day-to-day scripts used by Compute/NOC, and documentation of procedures/scripts/applications for knowledge dissemination.

I work on the team at the CaaS NOC (Communication as a Service Network Operation Center) responsible for the monitoring and incident response within the CaaS Infrastructure.-Authored various scripts that are used within and outside the NOC. Scripts have saved countless man hours by automating repetitive tasks such as log gathering, server health checks, and other administrative tasks.-Authored multiple internal knowledge base and wikis regarding process and procedures related to incident response and customer knowledge articles.-Responsible for executing change management and maintaining SLA uptime across global servers within APAC, EMEA, AUS, and AMER regions.

-Implemented the physical installation of multiple Cisco 4500 series routers with over 40 fiber uplinks and expanded capacity of countless IDFs with additional Cisco 3750 switches. -Lead the decommissioning and migration from legacy infrastructure to Windows Hyper-V VMs by building parent and children to standards and documenting the migration plan to our customers to reduce impact. -Supported and worked closely with Senior Operations within three different Fulfillment Centers over the course of a year. During this time, I engineered a process to help maintain each department's RF scanner count by implementing a check out and check in system. The end result was decreased time for an associate waiting for an RF scanner before he/she could work. This led to more productive and happier associates and reinforced positive behavior by returning equipment to its proper 5S location.-Project Coordinator for a security camera project which involved over 1,000 cameras within a 1.1 million square foot building. Organized Contractors for camera installation as well as power and cooling capacity expansion within the MDF. I was responsible for bringing up 39 Cisco Video Media Servers (VMS) within a week and helped coordinate the provisioning of said cameras during this time.-Authored multiple internal Wiki pages including one that is used by Fulfillment Center Infrastructure Operations and other techs worldwide. -Point of contact for multiple deep dives when working with Facilities, Control System Specialists, and FC Infrastructure when a problem afflicted the Fulfillment Center.-Mentor for Junior and Senior IT techs.-Along with the team, helped managed and maintain over 6000 Local IT assets ranging from laptops to RF scanners.

Responsible for maintaining the Library's SQL database, Domain Controllers, SonicWall Firewall, and 28 computers. Troubleshoot technical issues from firewall alerts to system alarms and tasked with ensuring the Library was CIPA compliant, licensing terms were adhered to, and internal security was solid. I strived to further the Library's goals and mission statement of serving the community.

Responsible for supporting faculty and staff with computer related issues and installing Academic software in labs. My job also included being a jack-of-all trades from running coaxial cabling to installing security cameras.
