System Support Specialist
CurrentAs a System Support Specialist, I am responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the library's hardware and software. Hardware includes 8 servers (including a domain controller) approximately 70 computers and their peripherals including printers and scanners.Software includes the Windows, Ubuntu, and MacOS operating systems, Windows Server, DeepFreeze, CASSIE management systems, and more. The department consists of the Systems Administrator and myself so most of the work is independent and requires the ability to think critically and solve technical issues on my own.
