Advised a large US technology company on the full range of public policy and regulatory issues and support government engagement efforts in Myanmar in line with business priorities. Advised a global multilateral organization with a presence in Myanmar on long term strategic priorities in the technology sector, including acquisition of intelligence and relationship building with senior government officials. Co-founded and directed secretariat for the U.S. - Myanmar Information Communications Technology (ICT) Council from January 2015 - December 2017 in collaboration with the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID). Cooperated with the Myanmar Government and other local stakeholders on policy reform topics such as e-government, cyber-security, broadband, and intellectual property. Lead engagement with senior policymakers on development of cyber-security policy and national broadband plan, provide company executives with regular policy briefs and devise public policy strategies with members including Google, Microsoft, Oracle, Cisco and Qualcomm.Developed and led due diligence exercises for major international companies from U.S., Europe, and Asia.

Advised international financial institutions and borrowers on $400 million USD, including the largest debt transaction in the market to date. Successfully led due diligence and risk management tactics for clients in alignment with IFC Performance Standards. Managed social, labor, governance, security and political risks and developed management plans in the areas of labor (HSE), stakeholder engagement, sanctions, site acquisition and security management.
