This was an invaluable, unique and enjoyable placement experience that was unique, that provided insight into the CSP and ways to influence change, and help improve the wider physiotherapy community to ensure the best patient-centred care is provided nationally. I was able to demonstrate and further develop timekeeping, organisational and problem solving skills through project work, and improve communication skills through collaboration with a vast array of CSP staff and students, from different backgrounds, knowledge and skill sets. The placement allowed me to demonstrate that I am both an excellent team player but also a self-sufficient autonomous worker, and all the skills whilst done virtually are transferable to a clinical setting; in particular to physiotherapy the problem-solving skills required in collating evidence to propose an MSK diagnosis, and vital communication skills to effectively treat a wide variety of patients.Equity, diversity and belonging (EDB) was heavily intertwined in every aspect of the placement, and this is something I intend to continue to put into practice and share my knowledge in order to promote to others, such an important area to be aware of in current healthcare practice.
