Senior Vice President in the CBRE Downtown Los Angeles office. I joined CBRE in May 2009, teaming up with John Zanetos. As part of the Los Angeles Office Brokerage Services/Consulting Group, I primarily represent tenants with their office needs as well as assist clients with the leasing, disposition and/or marketing of commercial office property. I specialize in representing corporations with operations all throughout Los Angeles County, Southern California and throughout the country. I have experience and a track record with both tenants and landlords which has enabled me to successfully complete a number of complex transactions for my clients not only locally but throughout the US. I also have experience in pre-acquisition due diligence and underwriting, transaction management and portfolio analysis which has enabled me to deliver results in a timely fashion. In 2010, I was awarded the “Rookie of the Year” award for the Downtown Los Angeles office. While studying at the University of Southern California, I played on the USC Men’s Basketball team and was the first player in USC basketball history to be named captain for three consecutive years. I was awarded the Ernie Holbrook Most Inspirational Player Award in 2005 along with the USC Athletic Department Senior Award and the Team Senior Award in 2007. I also served as the lead recruit host, coordinating recruiting visits for the team along with the coaching staff.
