I am a seasoned leader and entrepreneur in the Asia Pacific region, having a background in general management, sales, marketing, and business development. My experience includes helping businesses set up and expand in Asia Pacific, as well as being an entrepreneur through my co-founding of Springboard and successful exit through our sale to Forrester. I'm currently Vice President & Managing Director, Asia Pacific with G2, the world's largest B2B SaaS & software marketplace which helps connect buyers with vendors based on authentic customer reviews and real-time, algorithmic ratings of business software and services.Prior to joining G2, I was CRO/Commercial Director with ProductReview, Australia's leading reviews platform. In this role, I built our commercial team selling our SaaS platform, data, and digital advertising subscriptions, as well as managing marketing and partnerships.Before ProductReview, I was Vice President, Asia Pacific for Forrester. In this role, I managed our sales and business efforts with CIOs and CMOs who used our research subscriptions, data, and advisory products. Key focus areas included Customer Experience, Digital Business, eCommerce, Big Data, and Mobility.I came to Forrester through the acquisition of Springboard, where I was a co-founder and COO & EVP of Sales & Marketing. In this role, I made contributions from the company’s founding to leading our global management and growth. I also spearheaded Springboard's market entry into China, India, Australia, the Middle East, and the US.During my time in the Asia Pacific region, I have lived in Australia, Hong Kong, Malaysia, New Zealand and Singapore. I graduated with a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration from The Citadel, The Military College of South Carolina and I also hold an MBA from INSEAD.Originally from the US, I am currently a permanent resident in both Singapore and Australia.
